The Plone Podcast: Episode 12 — Kim Paulissen

Episode 12 of The Plone Podcast, monthly conversations about Plonistas for Plonistas, features Kim Paulissen, a new member on the Plone Foundation board and Developer for KU Leuven University in Belgium.

Kim (guest Kim, not host Kim) started developing apps for biology researchers at the university in 2008. She later transitioned to the university’s IT department, but when she heard about the planned development of a CMS for the university, she jumped at the chance. She has since been instrumental in the university’s adoption of Plone and has become a prominent member of the open source community.

Hear about Kim’s new role on the Plone Foundation board, her love of documentation and sprint culture, and her plans for Plone’s continued implementation at KU Leuven.
