website was deployed by Six Feet Up onto their own servers using a clustered Zope application server with Pound acting as the load balancer. Six Feet Up set up Nginx to do the rewriting while Squid was configured to handle the reverse HTTP acceleration.

After a successful initial trial period, the Science Festival Foundation signed a hosting contract with Six Feet Up who will be managing the Plone instance that powers up the World Science Festival website.
