SciPy 2022

The 2022 edition of SciPy will feature a poster from Six Feet Up CTO and AWS Community Hero Calvin Hendryx-Parker that details the process used to build an app that can predict lightning strikes with 99.6% accuracy. Check out "Predicting Lightning Strikes using Django and AWS" to learn more about the project.

Calvin's poster will be featured at 7 p.m. and he will be available on Slack to answer questions.

About SciPy 2022

The annual SciPy Conference brings together attendees from industry, academia, and government to showcase their latest projects, learn from skilled users and developers, and collaborate on code development. The full program will consist of 2 days tutorials (July 11-12), 3 days of talks (July 13-15) and 2 days of developer sprints (July 16-17).
