Non-Emergency Contact Form

Non-emergency support issues will only be addressed during business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm US ET). Submitting this form will automatically open a support request ticket. If this is an emergency, please visit our emergency support form.

Support requests must be submitted via the Six Feet Up website. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and is billed in one-hour increments.

Any support request that falls under the responsibility of Six Feet Up will be addressed at no charge to you.
