Your Accountabilities:

  • Lead, manage and hold your team accountable
    • Support, mentor, coach, and train team members
    • Run quarterly conversations with each team member
    • Work with the Integrator to hire new team members
    • Manage your team's training plan
    • Participate in the weekly Leadership Team L10 meeting
    • Run a weekly Engineering Team L10 meeting
    • Manage internal project priorities
    • Participate in the daily Resource Planning Huddle
  • Provide Technical Leadership
    • Implement the company's technical vision
    • Identify appropriate tools and technologies
    • Run the weekly Code Review
    • Run the monthly Show n Share
  • Quality
    • Develop, implement, and enforce SDLC best practices
  • Security
    • Develop, implement, and enforce security best practices
