Six Feet Up offers three types of support contracts to handle additional work/emergencies past launch:
- Ad-hoc support contract: Six Feet Up will address your work as soon as our master schedule allows for it.
- Monthly retainer: Six Feet Up commits to spending a specific number of hours each month on your project and guarantees that your development work will be scheduled within 5 days of request.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): Six Feet Up guarantees both a response time and resolution time based on your needs.
