EVERYONE.NET SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE will be performing maintenance on their databases Friday October 28th, 2016 between 9:00PM PT to 3:00AM PT / 12:00AM ET to 06:00AM ET. Server and App Monitoring

Each month, we review and document key server and application metrics for each of your sites, and provide recommendations to optimize your service.

User Experience Checks

Each month, we review common factors of user frustration and help you improve your web visitors' experience. This includes uncovering dead links, timeout errors and load time problems.

Fundamental Upgrades

By subscribing to the Fundamental Upgrades plan, you ensure your site is always running on the latest software version and is protected against security vulnerabilities

  • $295/mo./site

Continuous Innovation

To keep up with technology changes, we meet with you each month to review and prioritize planned enhancements. Changes are pushed to Staging for your review, and then go to Production.

  • Plan rate: $150/hr ($165/h after)
  • Monthly use-it-or-lose-it plan
  • Minimum: 2h/mo. for 12 mo.

Critical Support

Response from an engineer guaranteed within 2 business days.

  • Plan rate: $190/hr ($250/hr after)

Response from an engineer guaranteed within 4 business hours.

  • Plan rate: $250/hr  ($300/hr after)
  • Monthly use-it-or-lose-it plan
  • Minimum: 1h/mo. for 12 mo.
