General Support (for non-emergency issues)
Pricing depends on the type of support plan you sign up for.
How to contact us for non-emergency issues:
- For existing clients with a Trac instance:
Create a new Trac ticket and assign it to your project manager.
- For Python/Plone users without Trac access:
Fill out our non-emergency support form. This will automatically open a support request ticket.
- For KARL users without Trac access:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org. This will automatically open a support request ticket.
Please note that non-emergency support issues will only be addressed during business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm ET, holidays excluded).
If this is an emergency (i.e. your site is either down or non-functional), please use the emergency contact form.
