Help! My Site is Down!

If you notice that your site is down and have received no notifications about downtime, please submit the following in a support ticket to support@sixfeetup.com

  • Ping - At the command prompt, type "ping yourdomain.com" (replacing "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name).  If your requests do not timeout, continue to the traceroute command below.
  • Traceroute - At the command prompt, type "tracert yourdomain.com".  If you are using Mac OS or Unix, use the "traceroute" command.

Having the ping and traceroute output sent to us will help us diagnose the problem with your site much more quickly.  You may also contact us using the telephone number on our contact page.
