We are currently looking to fill the following positions:



Project Manager with Agile Experience

Responsibilities:

 

- PARTICIPATE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS:
 

  •  Put proposals together based on leads provided by Business Development
  •  Participate in RFP responses

 
- MANAGE PROJECTS FROM DISCOVERY PHASE TO LAUNCH:
 

  •  Establish scope of work/Project backlog
  •  Manage and update project documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, site map, etc.)
  •  Coordinate resources (a team of designers, developers and engineers working from multiple locations)
  •  Coordinate sprints
  •  Track progress, keep clients involved and engaged via progress reports and retrospectives

 

Required skills:

  • Extremely proactive
  • Task-oriented/ goal-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. Hands on.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Required experience:

  • 5+ years project management
  • 1+ year agile/scrum process
  • Familiar with managing a team of Web/Software developers
  • Good command of project management software, such as MS Project or OmniPlan

A plus:

  • Previous life as a web/software/application developer

System Administrator

Your Responsibilities:

  • General OS (FreeBSD, Linux) installation, patching and administration on servers
  • Trouble shoot and resolve customer support issues
  • You must be authorized to work in the US

Your Skills:

  • An "open source" attitude and aptitude
  • Strong experience with administration of various UNIX variants especially FreeBSD
  • Understanding of DNS, email and other Internet fundamentals
  • A team player, flexible and quick learner

A Plus:

  • Working knowledge of Xen, Trac, Zenoss, Asterisk and other open source tools
  • Scripting and automation of processes such as monitoring and backups
  • Zope familiarity
  • Network maintenance experience

Systems Administrator & Release Manager

Sys. Admin Responsibilities:

  • - DNS management
  • - User and groups administration
  • - Trac administration
  • - Support ticket creation and clearing
  • - Infrastructure-related tasks (cabling, networking, fax machine punching, etc.)
  • - Basic level of customer support

 

Release Management Responsibilities:

- Deployments to staging environments (Linux and FreeBSD)

  • 5+ years computer/software industry experience preferred
  • You must be authorized to work in the US

A Plus:

  • Knowledge of version control management software such as CVS and Subversion
  • Programming experience in Python, Java
  • Zope and CMF/Plone Experience
