We are currently looking to fill the following positions:



Project Manager with Agile Experience

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Business Development efforts:
    • Put proposals together based on leads provided by Business Development
    • Participate in RFP responses
  • Manage projects from Discovery Phase to Launch:
    • Establish scope of work/Project backlog
    • Manage and update project documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, site map, etc.)
    • Coordinate resources (a team of designers, developers and engineers working from multiple locations)
    • Coordinate sprints
    • Track progress, keep clients involved and engaged via progress reports and retrospectives

Your Skills:

  • Extremely proactive
  • Task-oriented/ goal-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. Hands on.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years project management
  • 1+ year agile/scrum process
  • Familiar with managing a team of Web/Software developers
  • Good command of project management software, such as MS Project or OmniPlan

A Plus:

  • Previous life as a web/software/application developer

Python Software Developer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop software business logic
  • Develop custom web applications
  • Develop custom content objects using Python

Your Skills:

  • Programming experience in Python
  • You must be familiar with Object Orientation
  • An eye for good design. Team player personality. Quick learner
  • You must be authorized to work in the US
  • Bachelor degree required at a minimum.

A Plus:

  • Knowledge of version control management software such as Subversion
  • Programming experience in Java or C#
  • Zope and CMF/Plone Experience
